I sing classical music and teach voice lessons in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I teach at the Mount Olivet School of Music in Minneapolis and have limited private teaching hours in St. Paul. I’ve served on the faculties of Luther College, Lawrence University, and the University of Minnesota, and performed as a soloist with opera and concert organizations throughout the Midwest.
I work with students of all ages (12 and up) and abilities, and I particularly like working with adult beginners. Whether you have a degree in vocal music or you want to feel more confident singing karaoke, I will work with you to help you meet your goals.
My favorite teaching tools are empathy, imagination, and hilarity.
